Manual Lifting Chain Hoist

H-Lift manual chain hoists are commonly known as chain blocks and are designed for heavy duty lifting and materials handling operations. Chain blocks raise and lower loads by pulling on the hand chain. Chain blocks can be of single or double fall configurations depending on the capacity of the block.

6, Fully forged hooks are fitted with safety latches as standard.

8, Zinc plate hand chain as standard.
9, Sealed bearing(optional).
10, Unique hand wheel cover for guiding hand chain.
11, Each hoist is proof tested at 1.5 times of WLL up to 10t. 1.25 times of WLL 20t-50t.
12, Complies with EC Council Directive 2006/42/EC Machinery. B30.16, AS 1418.2.
13, G-80 RUD load chain from Germany or FEC load chain from Japan(optional).
14, Built in overload protection device(optional)
15, Capacity of chain hoist: 0.5t-50t

Asbestos free brake, holding load at any desired height

1. Robust all-steel construction.
2. Top and bottom hooks are fitted with safety latches as standard.
3. All rotating components mounted on roller or ball bearings to reduce friction & increase efficiency.
4. The hoist is fitted with high grade alloy load chain & Overload Protection Devices are available upon request.
5. Grade 80 Zinc Plated FEC CHAIN from Japan or RUD CHAIN from Germany are available upon request.
6. Optional trolleys: Plain Trolley & Geared Trolley.
7. Use of Materials Hoists.
8. Inspection of Hoists.
