The FRP/GRP/Fiberglass water tank is adurable and economical product for water storage. The FRP water tank has flexible design, it allows any desired size to be assembled and constructed. It has advantages of sanitary, light weight, convenient transportation and installation, etc. These tanks are generally offered as thermal Insulated or Non-Insulated.

Our FRP water tank uses food grade resin to ensure the good water quality, hygienic characteristic and no pollution. SMC GRP water tank has passed through chemistry and toxicology tests conducted by Chinese Medical Prevention Academy and Chinese Disease Prevetion Center. The results of the water quality in the tank meets the national drinking water standards.

Installation method
1. During installation leave the installation access between the tank body and the wall of more than 800mm, for the tank top, the bottom --more than 500mm;
2, Before construction make concrete strip foundation;
3, After assembly close outlet pipe and vent pipes, open water inlet, the tank is qualified when the tank is filled with water and after 24 hours there is no leakage of water;
4, At the construction site is provided construction power.

Installation note:
Tank foundation can be concrete strip beam, or Ibeam. At diagonal corners of the tank top are equipped with air filtration devices. Inside the water tank are ribs. Each connection flanges are standard 1.0MPa flanges .

Cautions
1. Please do not store water higher than 70°C or other liquid (chemicals, oil and so on).
2. Water tank must keep away from fire.
3. Prevent pollutants and plunges from outside.
4. Use soft apparatus to clean. As to the new water tank, clean twice before use.
