The hot dipped galvanized steel water tank are made by hot pssed moulded panels as British and European Standards.To ensure usage safety,The assembled galvanized steel water tanks adopt Q235 steel plate. The manufacture and the installment of tank have no influence of the construction. There are no need of the welding apparatus, the surface is hot dipped galvanized antiseptic treatment. It's artistic durable, pvents pollution to water quality and it is beneficial to human health. The water tank meets the construction product standardization, the serration and the factorization request.

This product uses the Q235 steel plate, ramming to1000*1000 and the 1000*500 standard plate, the peripheral drill hole, undergoes hot dipped galvanized processing. When it assembles between the standard plate clamps use the rubber packing and bold fastening.

Application:
This product is suitable for the construction water storing, the regulating tank, heating system's inflation water tank, the condensate tank as well as the building construction, the geological prospecting, the industry, the defense project and so on temporarily store water tank.

Specifications
This water tank volume has 24 kinds specifications, select for the design. The engineer also can design according to the water tank's length, width, high then factory assembles.

The inlet pipe, the outlet pipe, the overflow caliber and the position of water tank depends on the design. All around the water tank should have no less than 700mm channels, the bottom and the cover shouldn't be less than 600mm. When it is installed, the bottom and all around between the bottom standard plate's joins must be located on the support.

1. Material
The sectional panel tank shall consist of 4' x4' or 1meter x1 meter panel manufactured from 1.5mm to 4.0mm thickness according to requirement.
2. Flanges
The sectional panels shall be pssed to double flanges at the angles of 45 degree and 90 degree to the face of the plate on four sides.
3. Reinforcement Method
All tanks are internally braced with angle stays to endure the rigidity of the tank when filled with the water. TheTop panel is supported by top panel support, which shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 or 316 materialaccording to requirement.

4. Accessories
1. Bolt. nut &washers stainless steel 304 material.
2. Sealing material Non-toxic P.V.C foam tape shall be used in between the joints.
3. Covers The tank cover shall be constructed from 1.2mm to 3.0mm of thickness stainless steel 304 material according to the requirement.
4.Ladders and Level Indicator: Internal &external ladder shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 material.
