Assembled stainless steel tank manufacturing requirements
1, Stainless steel welding electrodes, ER308L, all using tungsten argon arc welding process;
2, Before welding should according to GB /T985-1998 do groove, forming an outer welding size should meet the provisions of JB /T794-1999, and to ensure that no hollow weld, no slag;
3, Smooth surface, no cracks, welding without bubbles, lining structural arrangement to symmetry, no glitches.
4, After water tank installation, clean the inner and outer water tank, decontamination. When fabrication and installation has been completed, fill with full water for test.
