(2)Working principle
This kind of flat cart is powered by the low voltage from the railways. The power source is transformed into AC 36V two
-phase and are respectively co
nnected to the two rails. Then the flat car's wheels co
nduct the AC36V on rail into the
electrical appliance box at the bottom of the carts. And then the AC 36V is transformed into DC 36V and then control
the DC motor through the DC co
ntrol system to make the flat carts start, stop, go forward and backward, besides that,
the speed can also be adjusted under the co
ntrol of it perfectly and other kinds of functions can be achieved at the
same time.
(3)Application
This kind of transfer trolly can be specially used both on the 'S' and arc-shaped railways to carry many different kinds of
stuff. It can also be used in the high-temperature enviro
nment and other worse co
ndition with the strong bearing
ability. The rated load will not be available more than 50T. It will be more suitable for those flat carts with the higher
using frequency, then the middle and long running distance is the best choice for them, and the hydraulic lifting device
can be used installed on the flat carts. Besides those, one detail must be told that the railways need to be insulated.
