Process Describe
1), The raw material include the wood chips, sawdust .etc.
2), Crusher machine to crush the material. After crushering, the size of the sawdust is below 10mm.
3), The Batching systerm is storage various material which size below 10mm.
4), The dryer machine dry the material to make the sawdust moisture content below 2%
5), The material tank to storage the mixing material after drying.
6), Glue mixing machine is to mix the raw material with glue
7), Hot pss machine is to pss the pallet
8), Electromeganetic heat conduction oil machine is to provide the energy for the pss machine.
