We also have the advanced equipment such as CNC horizontal lathe, vertical lathe,machining center,cylindrical grinder,one piece axle rolling mill,automatic heat treatment,IF induction hardening machine,CNC shear,bender and laser cutting and etc. Our research and design departments can supply the individual design to meet customer special demand.

OBT GROUP 's total assets is 650 million yuan,and invested 100 million yuan to build the new tanker production workshop in Aug 2015, the main production is steel, aluminum and stainless steel tanker ,covers Oil thankers, LNG tankers, CNG tankers etc.

The production capacity of semi trailers is about 200,000 units per year.

1. 16Mn special steel plate welded by automatic submerged-Arc welding machine,solder joints evenly.

Our advantage (for trailer parts and axles)
1.OBT axle beam use 20Mn2 seamless pipe, through one-piece pss forging and special heat-treatment, which has great over loading capacity and high intensity.
2.OBT axle spindle,which was processed by digital controlled lathe, is made of alloy material. The bearing position is processed by the method of hardending operation,therefore the bearing can be fixed by hand instead of heating, also convenient for maintain and fixing.
3.OBT axle spindle is connected by the by submerged -arc welding, which make the whole beam more reliable and solid.
4.OBT axle bearing position is used the grinding machine to keep the bearing at the same level, after processing, it can assure that the concentricity within 0.02mm strictly.
5.OBT axle grease lubricant is supplied by EXXON Mobile which could provide high lubricating performance and protect bearing well.
6.OBT axle brake lining is high performance, non-asbestos, non-pollution and long service life. To make check and replace easily, also come with the position of the exhaustion to remind customer to check and maintain.
7.OBT Axle bearing is adopted famous brand in China, with the advantages of over loading capability, High rotating speed, good intensity, abrade resistant and heat resistant.
8.OBT Axle wheel hub and brake drum use the international standard material of ball iron and gary iron separately, which has the advantages of over loading capability, abrade resistant, heat resistant and do not distort.

9.OBT axle be National Automobile Monitor and Inspe ction Center certified ,axle shaft that undergoes over 1.2 million times of Fatigue testing and built to meet or exceed national industry standards.
