Most of our bikes are assembled 60% - 85%. Final assembly is not difficult and takes a skilled mechanic 15-20 minutes. However, an improperly assembled/tuned bicycle may lead to bicycle damagement or perso
nal injury. We recommend that you have this bike assembled by a qualified mechanic.
Bicycle assembly typically involves but is not limited to these steps:
-Install front wheel
-Install handlebars
-Install seat
-Install pedals - if included
-Inflate tires
-True wheels if necessary. It is normal for a bicycle out of the box from the factory to require wheel truing. This is a normal part of bicycle assembly.
-Adjust / bleed brakes
-Adjust front and rear derailleurs if equipped.
-Adjust / inflate suspension if equipped
All parts, including p-installed compo
nents must be properly tightened and adjusted prior to riding. After a few rides it is normal that your bike will need some tuning.
