Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
ST : We are factory. We are a professional manufacturer over 30 years, specializing in manufacturing various series ofcardan shafts.Wesupplycardan shafts forthewholesalers,dealers and end-users fromdifferentcountries.Q: How long is your delivery time?

ST: Generally it is 5-10 days if we have the existing model . Or it will be 30-60 days if we need to open a new model, according to yourtype.

Q: Can you do OEM? And what is your min order?

ST: Yes, absolutely we can do. Ourmin order is 1 set. Most of our products areCustomized. Each order from our factory, we always produce after ourdrawing /confirm/ied. So we didn't have stock.

And Since we are based on the final customer confirmed drawings production, so before this , customer has any needs can be adjusted.

Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

ST: For us, quality is priority. We always pay high attenation to quality control from the beginning to the end:

1) Firstly, wehave specialized QC department to control the quality, and we also accept the third official government to inspect the our product before delivery.
2) Secondly, we have all detailed records for nonconformity products, then we will make summary according to these records, avoid it happens again.
3) Thirdly, We do observe the relevant codes of conduct & laws from government in environment, human right aspects, like no children labor, no prisoner labor and so on.

Q:How could I know if the product suit for my machine or not?

ST : Please tell me which product you are interested in , or advise us the main sizes, such as diameter of across assembly, total length , and the swing diameter of flange, then we can provide you our drawings according your request , or please advise us the model you are using now.
