1.Q: Can you combine many items assorted in one container in my first order?
Yes, we can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.

2.Q: If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
When discharging the container, you need to inspect all the cargo. If any breakage or defect products were founded, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be psented within 15 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container.

3.Q:Can you do OEM?
A: Yes, we can do OEM products. It's no problem.

4.Q:How can I get some samples?
A:
1.We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
2.Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.
