2.Q:what to do which the damaged which caused by transport? Does there have margin quantity?
A:According to the feedback from customers,There is little damage,about 0.1%.
To avoid the situation, we will multiple of 0.3%.We will not reissue when damaged quantity less than margin quantity.
In other case,we will reissue or return the money to our customer.
