High Quality Automatic Radio Shuttle Pallet Racking for Warehouse Storage
Shuttle pallet rack features:
1. Shuttle racking is a special racking system based on the structure Of Drive-in rack;
2. FILO and FIFO of cargo are available for shuttle racking;
3. Shuttle instead of forklift is used to pick up goods, more efficiency than standard pallet rack;
4. Shuttle racking is suitable for storing goods of large qyantity, especislly cold storage.
Shuttle pallet rack description:
1. Pallets are loaded onto a shuttle at the front of the lane, which transports the pallet to the other end. The in-built sensor on the shuttle detects the position of pvious pallets and places the new load ata pdetermined distance from them, before return to the beginning.
2. The shuttle movements are sent via the radio remote controller, allowing the forklift truck and driver to be released for other tasks while the shuttle operates.
3. One shuttle can be shared by many lanes. The shuttle is easily moved between lanes by a standard forklift.
