3. Q: What's the delivery time?
A: For sample order, the delivery time is about 20days; the delivery time is about 30days based on container order. But the exact delivery time might be different for different orders or at different time.

4. Q: Can I mix different models in one container?
A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container, but the quantity of each model should not be less than MOQ.

5. Q: What payment can you accept?
A: By TT payment or by Paypal. We always accept 100% payment for sample order; for container quantity, we we can do 30% payment in advance, and the rest would be paid before shipment.


Warranty
All of our ebikes are guaranteed and backed by our technical assistance and considerate service.
During the guaranteed period, any of the parts could be replaced upon receipt of your photos for proof.

The warranty is only valid within the country the bicycle was purchased.
Whereas,it is not valid for normal wear, misuse or neglect,improperly operation,
damage or failure due to accident,parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible.
