Answer; After price /confirm/iation, we will be happy to process sample to you for check our quality. We will provide you sample for free (value under USD15), as long as you afford the expss freight.

Q2: How long can Iexpect to get the sheet metal fabrication sample?

Answer: After the sample order /confirm/ied, we will take 6-10 working days to finished the sample. The samples will be sent to you via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT or EMS. It should arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own expss account or ppay us if you don't have any account.

Q3: What about the leading time for mass production? ?

Answer: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity. Normally, after the sample /confirm/ied, it will take around16 workdays for mass production.

Q4: What will we do if the sheet metal fabrication product quality is not ok?

Answer: If the quality problem is caused by our fault, we will make replacement order for free or pay the back product charge and handling charge back to you.
