Working principle	KPD serieselectric flat car is powered by the 36V single-phase (three phase) low voltage rail, which through sliding wire to complete. Ground step-down transformer control cabinet will be single phase (three phase) AC 380V step-down to single-phase (3Phase) 36V, sent to the flat car by the rail sliding wire, and then step-up (three phase) single-phase AC 380V by step-up transformers on the car, provide electricityfor the single-phase capacitor motors which used in the car.
Applications	The electric transfer cart is mainly applied in assembly line(ring production line, loop production line), metallurgy industry (steel ladle), warehouse transport, ship industry (maintenance, assemble, container transport), workpiece transport in workshop, lathe transport, steel factory(steel billet, steel plate, steel coil, steel pipe, section steel, steel structure), construction(bridge, simple building, concrete, concrete column), petroleum industry(oil pump, sucker rod and parts), energy(polycrystalline silicon, generator, windmill), chemical industry(electrolytic cell, retort etc), railway(rail maintenance, rail welding, train tractor).

Attentions	This series have strict requirement on the construction of the railways which need to be insulated. The rated load can not be more than 50T. When running distance is more than 70m, you need to increase the transformers to make up the voltage which has been lowered.
