Heavy-duty storage rack is also called pallet rack, beam rack and storage shelf, they are most widely used which need to apply with forklift that can pick up freely any goods put on to the location with the feature of simply structure, easy operation, good storage and safety.

Heavy-duty beam racks can be used companied with different kinds of accessories, such as support bars, wire cages, steel pallets, wood pallets, steel meshes, etc, to meet different demands.

Heavy-duty beam rack usually has following features:

1), Color and size can be adjusted according to your requirements.
2), Upright and beam is formed by high-quality cold rolled steel, with an omega shaped section and hole distance 50mm or 75mm.
3), Box beam or step beam used. Beam can be freely adjusted by pitch 50mm or 75mm.
4), Connection of the upright and beam is by wedging, equipped with safety pin to make sure of the safety.
5), Rich accessories: Upright protector, guide rail, frame barrier, row spacer, wire decks, steel shelf, etc.
6), Stable structure, large loading capacity, convenient sorting.
7), compatible with most type of handling equipment and building structures.
8), First level pallets can be placed on the floor.
9), Easy to install and dismantle.

Packing detial:		Experienced export packing (uprights and beams' both end with cardboard, then outside bundled tightenly with plastic belts, safe for long-distance transportation) also we can follow your requirement.
Delivery detial:		10-15 ton per 1x20ft container, 15-25 ton per 1x40ft container. 15-20 workdays after received the deposits.
