FAQQ: HOW DOES ELECTRIC BIKE WORKING?
A: We design the Electric bike with PEDAL Or Throttle activiated. You can choose one of them or both. Usually, Europe market more pfer on Pedal Activiated. The other part of the world, they pfer pedal and twist throttle working on both.

Q: HOW TO MAINTAIN MY BIKE?
A: You will have to maintain your bike after a while of use, but it is very simple. Check the bolts and nuts, and tight it.

Q: HOW LONG WILL CHARGE MY BATTERY?
A: All battery wil discharging while you donot use it, In order to keep the battery in good condition, you have to charge you battery after it is 10% empty. However, Charge the battery every 3 weeks in winter. It is better for your storage.

Q: CAN I CHOOSE THE FAST SHIPPING? WHICH COURIER YOU WILL USE?
A: We offer DHL, UPS and FEDEX for fast shiping on samples, but battery has to be seperate as it is dangerous goods.

Q: DOES THE LCD DISPLAY AUTOMATICALLY TURN OFF WHEN I DO NOT OPERATE MY BIKE?
A: Yes, we design the software to make the power automatically turn off when you do not operate your bike. It is smart software.

Q: CAN I CHANGE THE MAX SPEED BY MYSELF?
A: Yes, we design all bike with safe speed, it is 35KM/H for USA,and 25KM/H for EU. You can simply operate the LCD display and get the speed unlimited.

Q: WHICH WAY FOR PAYMENT WHEN WE ORDER?
A: We offer Telegraphic Transfer, Letter of Credit, Paypal, Trade Assurance. You can simply choose the way you pfer.

Q:HOW YOU MAKE GUARANTEE?
A: We offer valid guarantee on our bikes. Motor 2 years, battery 2 years, controller 1 year, frame 3 years, you have to send us some pic of the parts with serial number, and description of the problem, we will diagonse and then send the defect parts by air. If it is a mass problem, we will fly to your destination and solve on site.
