A: yes, we accept sample orders for fresh clients, but since we are factory, so would require an extra sample cost depends on products you are choosing.

A: usually we can make adelivery within 4weeks after get your deposit, if you don't have special requests.

3. Q: what's your payment term?
A: As to company rule, we can only accept TT, but if invoice value is more than US$30,000, we can accept L/C at sight.

A: we offer one year warranty for motors, batteries, chargers, other wearing parts offer half year, details pls. enquiry us.

A: yes, but delivery time would be alittle longer.
