1, Generally speaking, when replacing cylinder liner, it will grind the valve seat with the
valve, then replace a new valve, and change valve oil seal. If valve and valve guide rod
clearance is too large, we must change it together.
2, The piston has three rings, the head ring, the second ring, and the oil ring, but the
piston ring is open, and the opening gap is not too large in the new 0.1mm. When
installing, the opening of the one ring and the second ring should be staggered
120 degrees. If the opening overlaps, the oil burning will appear.
3, The gap between the piston and the cylinder sleeve is too large. I'd like to know
if you change the cylinder and change the piston at the same time. If not, the reason
may be that the gap between the old piston and the new cylinder is too large.
It causes oil burning.
