Packaging & Shipping

Checking&Packaging

1.Checking
Carefully check the shipping list. making sure no mistake.
2.Packing
Option one: a standard container house packed in one flat pack, 4 sets combined into one package. It can be shipped on board just as one 20' shipping container, The package will be protected by plywood boards around and thin film wrapped.
Option two: mixed packaging. Roof and chassis will be packed together with bolts; all the wall panels packed together withwoodenpallet in the bottom, corrugated board on the surface, and XPS board in the interspace. It will be shipped in 40' container.

Loading&Shipment
1. Flat packs will be one package it can be shipped on board just as one 20 shipping container.
2.Mixed packaging: top and bottom packed together with bolts, all the wall panels packed together onwoodenpallet. wrapped bycorrugatedboard on the surface. and XPS board between panels. The packageitwill be then shipped in 40' shipping container

1. Do you provide on-site installation service?

1)only large projects provide installation services

2) General projects, we can provide Installation guide service based on customers' request.

3)Installation supervisioncharge standard: 150USD/day,customershould responsible for the travel fee, accommodation, translation fee, and ensure staff's health and safety.

2.What's your delivery time?

Salesmanwill confirm the time accordingly,largeorder should communicate withorder management department in advance. Normally, delivery time is 45days afterreceivedeposit. Large order delivery time should be arranged separately.

3.How to control the quality of your product?

a. quality of the design: think about possible problems in advance and provide ahigh-qualitydesign solution.

b. quality of the raw material: choose the qualified raw material

c. quality of the production: pcise manufacturing technique, experienced workers, strict quality inspection.

4. How to deal with quality problems?

Warranty is 3 years.Within the warranty period, PTH will responsible for all quality problems caused by production.
