Application:
Step
1. Set the time in advance (Feeding time, Balling time ,Discharge opening door time ) which are in the control cabinet(below picture for reference )
2. Put the fiber which you want to form pearly shape on the conveyor belt (please don't put arms into fiber port ),and keep the conveyor belt working well ,when the power source connected.
3. Ready to some containers on the outlet port to have the pearly shaped fiber
The machines system is provided with integrative function of pearl shape fiber forming machine and sucking machine .It can manufacture various kinds of balls fiber one time . It is good quality product in China , automatization in a high degree , only one person can operate, it is possible for customer to adjust the size of the ball shape and the tension can be adjusted accordingly . The opened fiber or non opened fiber , both can be automatically delivered to pearl shape fiber forming machine and manufactured after 10----30 seconds , the ball fiber can be automatically sent out or send into the bag , its operating easily , no noise , no shake , the high usage , reduction raw material , it is suitable for industry of costume , textile etc .

Installation and test
A.only qualified personnel should be allowed to stall this device and circuitry, connecting the circuitry and power , which is suitable for voltage (3phase 4circuitry)
B.Specification and volumn of the power controller switch is fit for the request of this machine
C.There is no causticity gas when installing , also pvent dripping , make sure there is much room in order to keep aeration and disperse heat .
D.Make sure connect grounding well , keep safety , put stable .
E.can connect power and try machine after check whether it is right or not to connect circuity according to drawing instruct connection .

Maintenance
1.Check whether loose screws , whether have abnormity noise periodically , if have , at one eliminate it .
Periodically clear up the reminder fiber from the inlet and outlet and in valve of fiber filling machine
2.Adding the lubricant to pneumatic triple piece of oil and mist weekly.
3.Adding the lubricant to bearing with seat inside machine of oil and mist weekly .
4.Adding the lubricant to cable length driving and reduction noise .
5.Keep machine and working environment clear .

Production notice:
1.Forbidden to use the non-polyester fiber to open, including the flame fiber, long silk, shredded fabric, with metal things, wooden or bamboo things, to pvent the damage of the machine
2.If the polyester fiber is damp or into block, it should be insolated and loosen, then to open.
3.Keep the expedite of the fiber exit, if there is jam, will make the machine burthen or damage the machine.
4. If there is jam in the inlet of feeding ,let the switch of feeding reversing place the reversal . Then the raw material can be come back in order to clear up fiber .
5.Forbidden to open the main roller cover board ,if do it , it is very dangerous , must process the maintain working after fully stop the main roller work .
6.Operator must do not put head , handetc contact the roller , chain wheel , strap wheel etc when machines and rotors are working .
