It is constructively similar to Light Pallet Rack, but designed to store non-palletized goods. This is an intermediate application between Light and Heavy Duty applications. It is designed for loading/unloading goods manually without mechanical equipment. Stored goods can be from smallest components to large and awkwardly shaped items.
Features and the Advantage:
A. It is used widely and suitable for automotive components, supermarkets, libraries, hospitals and pharmacies etc.
B. The systems is available from single-tier for simple requirement to multi-tier applications (up to 5tiers), utilizing full warehouse height.
C. High bay Long span racks are also available (above 3meters high) with man-up stacker crane or order picking trucks.
D. Pick &Deposit is done manually.
E. The upright is perforated at apitch of75 mm allowing boltless mounting of the beams. The tapered shape of the hook guarantees astable and rigid design, even without back bracing.
F. "First in first out" of goods are realized .It is convenient to access and suitable for such places as the two sides of the assembly lines, distribution centers, etc.
G. The loading capacity of each layer is 500kg at the most.
