Q: Do you have any reference?
A: Telecel (Zimbabwe) is on going until this November. Zambia National Commercial Bank is on going until this November. Prudential Life Assurance (Zambia) Ltd. finished in this June. Haramaya University (Ethiopia) finished in this May. Kenya Airways finished in 2016.
Q: Which certificates do you have?
A: We are currently certified by CE and ISO9001:2008. If necessary, we can get SONCAP, COC, BIS, SABS, FCC, TUV, or any other certificate approved.
Q: Can I ask for OEM?
A: Yes. Generally the goods will be printed on your LOGO and nameplates. Original designs and customized packages are also available.
Q: What's the MOQ?
A: 50 EA. 200 EA for OEM. If customized packages or designs are needed, then it comes to 500 EA. We also provide sample order for any quantity.
Q: What's the lead time?
A: Depends on quantity and specifications. Most cases it's within 15 ~ 20 working days.

FAQ for USERS

Q: How can I select appropriate UPS model?
A: Our professional sales team or technician will give recommendation according to details of the load. Generally, our static online UPS are for common electronics like PC, printers, servers, and routers, offline UPS for home appliance (including PC), industrial UPS for elevators, escalators, oil field, production facilities, heavy duty machines, telecoms equipment, medical devices, and other critical facilities, modular UPS for data centers, control centers, and BMS.
Q: How long does the UPS keep supplying after AC fails?
A: Depends on the battery configuration. If the UPS is supplied by internal batteries, which has batteries of certain capacity and certain quantity, it usually lasts for 5 ~ 15 minutes at full load. If you use external batteries to supply the UPS, theoretically you can connect any quantity of batteries for any time of backup, whether 30 minutes, or 1 hour, or multiple hours.
Q: What kind of batteries are used?
A: Sealed VRLA (Valve Regulated Lead Acid) batteries. They are usually rated as 12 Vdc.
Q: How can I operate the UPS?
A: The UPS can work automatically after electrical wired including automatically restart after a failure. You can also operate it manually via buttons or touch screen on the front panel. The operation status or electrical information will be displayed through the LED screen or touch screen. And if a fault happens, the UPS will alarm audibly or visibly.
Q: Can the UPS be remotely monitored?
A: Yes, via ports of RS485, RS232, RJ45, RJ11, or USB. SNMP or TCP/IP protocals are available.
Q: Does the UPS have internal protections?
A: No worries. Our UPS are protected from overload, short circuit, over-voltage, over-current, over-temperature. We also equip the industrial UPS with bypass function. And manual maintenance bypass is also available as required.
Q: What kind of warranty can I have?
A: We offer at least one year of warranty. You will receive the replacement if any component fails during the period.
Q: How will you ship the goods?
A: Depends on quantity. We have various freight forwarders who can help ship goods either by air, or by sea, or by land. For small orders like single unit or 2 units, we will ship it by air.
